3. When we wash your house we will use no more pressure than a rain shower to garden hose sprayer.
4. No damage to siding, window seals, no pushing green mold, black mildew under siding or into J-channels, soffits, or seams along with your siding.
5. No one on a wet slippery soapy ladder or on your roof.
6. No ladders against your siding or gutters that can dent, scratch, or even put a hole in your siding.
7. We will have a plant care process in place. First, covering all plants that need to be protected, second watering down plants before, during, and after your wash.
8. With our pressure less wash system your wash will come just as clean if not cleaner than power washing or soft washing systems.
9. Because of how confident we are with our wash and how long it will last, every house we clean comes with a one year guarantee from the date of wash. This guarantee consists of no green mold or black mildew to grow back on the siding or we will re-wash your house for free!!!!! Just call us and let us know. In the event, you sell your house this guarantee transfers to the new owner of the house.
